  BLACK JESUS, the Blogger Controversy Controversy. Headline News.  The nerve of him.  How could he? He could have picked any other name. Lord have Mercy.    Yes, Lord, have Mercy! Cool your jets. For the record, I have been a partaker of the sufferings of Christ for the majority of my adult life. I have experienced unmerited hate on levels you would not believe.   I have often wondered whether this new adversary knows how many hands are around my neck. And does the person choking me realize there are two sets of hands in my pockets robbing me all the while another is taking away the shoes I need for stability? My God, My God, help them. The 1960's Why don't you write a book, Adrian? Many of my friends and colleagues have said this in the past. My Sister, Lisa Collins, is the main one that encourages me. So now I should write a book, but I'd instead blog about it because right now. Plus, MY TYPING SKILLS ARE LACKING HARD. WHERE SHALL I START. I was born in the 1960S; I believe it happened when I was born when I was put in incubation for six months. Not sure if my brain was fried up then or not. If not ruined in the incubation period, it was the public school system. My ADHD went diagnosed. I was deemed uncontrollable. I seemed never to stop talking. I know there was a situation when I was about five years old. I tried to commit suicide in school. I consumed a bottle of Antiscript, a very strong aspirin. I remember telling them it was because I was tired of getting in trouble for things I didn't do. ; At the same time, I firmly believe my Elementary school teacher Mr. Rochester, sexually assaulted me ...

 The United States of America is the big lie.  It is noted as the land of the free and the home of the brave. The land of milk and honey where all men are created equal with liberty and justice for all.   That was an easy sell to me back in 1967 when I was about 5 years old.  I knew that racism existed but I also knew there was a civil rights movement that was established to bring about change in America. The civil rights era helped to level the playing field. It brought about change on the surface. It also helped black and non-white families get better opportunities for success. Civil rights presented great change on the surface.  It also cause many to hide their true feelings because they wanted to fit in and ride the wave of American prosperity.  "United we stand, divided we fall and if our backs should ever be against the wall,  we will be together you and I," was the popular phrase/song back then.  However, behind the scenes, White Ameri...

At first, I hesitated when I saw the missionaries walking up my street. I almost returned to my house, but then Sister Jaques caught my attention and greeted me. She asked if I knew about the gospel of Jesus Christ. Without thinking, I answered affirmatively. Over five weeks, I studied the Bible, learned about the Book of Mormon, and listened to the teachings of the Prophets. Eventually, I decided to join the LDS community. It's incredible how a simple greeting from Sister Jaques changed my life so drastically. After visiting the church, I realized that I needed to recommit my life to Christ and become a church member.
